Places to visit in London - Art Galleries

Hey all… here john again!!

Well..my last post covered some top attractions in London and am adding some attractions here..
London is really a very expensive place as everyone complaints…but this beautiful city of London offers many things to do for free..!! You can visit many interesting places such as Art Galleries, Musuems, Royal Parks, street markets and much more... my first choice will be to visit Art Galleries so..here is a list of some top galleries in London....

Many of London's major art galleries are open in the evening and often have special evening events. It is great way to relax from busy day!! Most of the main London Art Galleries are air conditioned so it can be wonderful way to cool down!!

Tate Britain Art Gallery:-It is the national gallery of British art from 1500 to the present day. Tate Britain holds the greatest collection of British art in the world. The amazing works including by Blake, Constable, Epstein, Gainsborough, Gilbert and George, Hatoum, Hirst, Hockney, Hodgkin, Hogarth, Moore, Rossetti, Sickert, Spencer, Stubbs and Turner.

Hay all…I have taken bit a long break this time!! But I am back with some new things to share with you all…

Well...England has many more interesting things to do and places to visit…and no one can ignore the specialty of London as it is one of the world's leading business, financial, and cultural centers and its influence in politics, education, entertainment, media, fashion, arts all contribute to its status as a major global city .   • The main buses that are of interest to visitors of POPL'01 are lines 9, 12, 14, 38, that all have a stop at (Lower) Regent Street.
  • Lines 14 and 38 run from the north-east, along Theobalds Road, down Shaftsbury Avenue, and could be used by visitors staying in the Bloomsbury area.
  • Line 12 runs from the South Bank, from Elephant and Castle over Westminster Bridge.
  • Line 9 connects the venue with the Department of Computing at Imperial College. Get off the bus at Albert Hall, walk in the direction the bus was going up to the traffic lights, and turn left to Queen's Gate. The department is down this road on your left, at number 180.

As I told you all that I ll update about England first …I ll describe about the country briefly…after that we can go through with some main counties and cities as well….happy reading….
